Belgium based DJ and producer duo 22 Weeks debut on Piston Recordings with the lush two tracker titled Kathy's Groove EP. E-Freak and Mike Ekin are the men behind the duo and since last year (2017) they've put out top quality vibes on various labels. Expect some superb deep house grooves with these two, delighted to have them on board.

Kathy's Groove sets off at a spirited pace as wonderful punchy kick drums and rhythmic hi hats stack up alongside a smooth, warm key sequence. A deep and groovy bassline comes through bringing depth to the track while cool vocals keep the vibe clubby. Throughout the track we find funky riffs that compliment the bassline so well and forcing us to get on the floor. A superb slice that will not disappoint.

Get Along intros with a thumping kick drum and rumbling bass while a slicing, sharp hi hat cuts through the subs. Cool snare rolls fill in the gaps before sexy chords tease with their warming allure. Smooth pads and hypnotic keys join cool vocal snippets to create a very rich and colourful sound that mesmerizes and captivates. A top notch pumping deep house groover that is not to be missed.
