Defora Records presents "Artificial Insanity" the new EP by DJ/producer Ricky Leo. Born in Milan (Italy), his passion for music starts in his teenage years, performing as a drummer with local crossover bands. Despite his love for rock n’ roll, Ricky starts to mess around with mixers and electronic music, finding right there his true purpose. His musical style, always tense between tech and deep house, is trademarked by relentless and powerful rhythms. Eclectic and prolific as a producer, in 2012 he founds the side project Flatless together with Italian DJ/Producer Vesy and under this moniker they released many tracks for several labels (Apulia, Baci Recordings, Sick Society). In 2015 Ricky Leo releases his first track on a major record label "Three Sharp Knocks" with Berlin based label Get Physical. After that, many other important labels like Lapsus Music, Spades Label, Play Groove, Whoyostro, Gasoline Records came forward. The collaboration with Defora Records starts in 2017 with the remix for "Life on the run" by Avikal & Manipolato. Now, for his debut EP on the label, Ricky Leo delivers 3 amazing original tracks filled with dark atmospheres and dope solid grooves, guaranteed to satisfy all your Tech House needs!
