Originally from Faroe Islands in the Norwegian Sea, but now living in Copenhagen the producer is known for his warm, deep acid and spacey old school disco sound and this combination couldn’t be a better fit for the label. For his Natura Sonoris debut Brynjolfur delivers a stunning ‘Luminous EP’ that comprises of 3 epic, hard hitting, super funky and playful dancefloor bombs. Cosmic disco, balearic house and elegant, emotional electronica – this package is a mixture like no other. ´Fluxx´ opens this EP. Shimmering and ablaze, its rhythmic prowess and euphoric bass synth drives us through this sonic excursion guaranteeing an immaculate sense of uplift that is fresh every time you listen to this outing. A track so cosmic and beautifully layered you get the feeling it was tailored exquisitely for Natura. Following up with ´Ando´, producer delivers lushly arpeggiated subtle house grooves with a tint of dark acid disco, doses of retro 80's influences and licks of broken beat around ethereal atmospheric moods, mutating modulations, indistinct vocal gates and smooth piano breakdowns.
