Exploring the world for extraordinary talent we eventually returned to The Netherlands for our next release. We’re thrilled to release the debut EP of Footprint on our Cinematique label.
Footprint is a new musical project from Bert Kroes & Pieter Lepelaars, focussing on deep melodic techno, synthwave sounds and hypnotic grooves. Both are not unfamiliar faces in the music scene. To just name a few highlights, Bert was 50% of the K-Drive & Ginman duo and Pieter is also releasing under his alias Pieter Ellis. Now they have combined their musical forces to form Footprint and if this first release is a benchmark of what we can expect from them, than the future is bright!
Their ‘Misty Day’ EP is an excellent showcase of their diversity. Emotive, four to the floor, off beat, techno, progressive… you hear it all on this great release. We’re sure you’ll find something that suits your mood.
