NYVS - Avahria Fields EP
With our 16th instalment we introduce NYVS on his debut EP on Chocolat Records. A sultry and groovy introduction is on hand with a 2 track delight.
The titled number "Avahria Fields" gets us off on CR016. Raw and swinged percussion sets the tone with balearic strings and panned synth droplets. A deep and satisfying baseline is announced at the drop of the first break, in harmony with the sense of wonder created with the elements. A solid groover with a touch of class.
On the flip side NYVS gives us Bohemian dropout. Mood setting congas, pads and ambient atmospheres takes us into worlds unknown. A deep and moody baseline sets us in motion to be might by a beautiful brass lead. This surreal arrangement heightens the senses with some style.
