S II P serves up the refined and restrained 'Uii EP' which sees him fusing the sensibilities of modern deep-house with a stripped down micro-house aesthetic to create four easy going slices of contemporary minimal-techno. The title track, with its swinging and slightly off-kilter hats and skinny vocal cuts sets the tone for the release, while the remix by Sebastian Eric raises the stakes with a decidedly more up-beat interpretation of the original.
