Outside traditional paths these driving grooves and polyphonic structures take the adventure seeking dancer to Dionysian highs and places never been before.

Arsinoe, a city “hidden in the sand” was once one of the most glamorous resorts in the Mediterranean. Its miles of pale and clear turquoise sea made it a destination for the Seventies jet-set, attracting thousands of visitors each year. Along with the tourists, the 40,000-strong population enjoyed a life rich in culture, with art, music and
theatre that was the best on the island of Cyrpos. The modern district, where the luxury hotels and apartments were situated, was inhabited mostly by Famas, while the walled city that contained the historical treasures of Arsinoe – including numerous Byzantine churches and a spectacular 14th-century cathedral from the Frankish period – was lived in by Gustas. Then a strange war came over and destroyed almost everything, people moved away, left with the certainty that they would soon return......but they were wrong. Buildings and hotels collapsed or left alone in
the silent misery, city named Famagusta in favor of his citizens and wait patiently, through years, to meet its fate. This is a Tropical homage to the city and its people................
