Making a welcome return to the label we have one of our favourite; David R Maddocks dropping his outstanding new Apparition EP filled with clever samples and great club appeal. This is probably David's biggest work to date, making it one of those releases that make you sit up and take notice.

"Apparition Part 1" starts with great percussion sounds and showcases great sampling work, creating different climates all built around a killer prog house groove, cool sample cuts with lots of trickery and a naughty bass that will make this truly memorable when dropped at any club.

"Apparition Part 2" is all about the deep tech vibes and indie melancholic grove working their magic around wonderfully arranged keys. Both tracks capture the essence of David's sound while being the perfect companion for different moments and feelings.

Last but not least is 'Mirage' an amalgamation of rugged bass tones, subtle drum programming and cleverly chopped samples and intricately weaved chord progressions, building to a beautiful breakdown before gradually rebuilding the elements to a unrelenting crescendo of breathy drum licks, chord stabs and an ever warped bassline.

David definitely managed to build the perfect tool to get you in the mood for a big night out. We are extremely happy to once again be bringing you a high quality Hydrogen release that was made from the heart and for the whole universe to enjoy. Keep on dancing!!
