Toronto born duo Vincenzo Nicolazzo and Valentino Colavecchia, better known as The Junkies, have been an integral force among the electronic music community for more than a decade. Their style has continued to evolve over the years under the influence of various genres of electronic music, ranging from deep, soulful house to techno and everything in between.

Drawing from these has resulted in a unique sound, entirely their own. It’s this sound that has made them a consistently present force in the Toronto club scene for over 10 years, and which has catapulted The Junkies to the global stage.

The Junkies make their Truesoul debut with a four track, punchy EP. The rhythmic, tech house and techno tracks are filled with delayed vocals, chuggy drums and throbbing bass line. The tracks showcase the diversity and talent the pair hold as producers and their ability to cross paths between house and techno.
