Some new brilliance comes out of the Hungary bound producer Krisztian Kajdi's studio, as we see another fantastic deep/tech progressive original through his Kay-D alias. Being a prominent guest on pretty much all the major labels in the business when it comes to the deeper side of progressive music, he once more proves real character with his new baby called "Volcano". He's created it with a true stellar set of warm chords, deep and driving percussion lines, as well as some truly amazing textures that brings on that true "Kay-D hypnotic feel" that he definitely is one of the best to create.
To complete the package, we see a superb line up on remixes, as our Australian buddy Matthew Doyle aka Matter taking a full swing on this original from Kay-D. For those of you, being around for a while on the progressive scene, knows all about his dark and filthy progressive productions, where he builds textures that goes beyond. This is another fine example what he is capable of, as he delivers a truly dark and emotional rework on the original, stunning stuff as always.
Moving on, but staying put in Australia, we see 2 different remixes coming from another of that continent's best, when it comes to the deep vibes of progressive music. We are truly happy to see another of our mates down under come back to us, as Gavin Griffin, more known to us through his GMJ moniker hits us with another 2 excellent reworks. The "Fragile Planet Mix" is another emotional piece of magic from him, as we see his clever drum patterns make an excellent addition to the release. it's a superb retake, filled with dark grooves, tight strings and everything in between as we so often see from Gavin. The 2nd remake from him, his "Planetary Dub Mix" is delivered with some really nice textures, vocal additions and razor sharp elements to build that nice groove and mýstic feel that is his A-game.
Relief, based in Hungary and a close friend to Kay-D makes his debut for us, as we see him shine on this release with us. It's a darker and more techno-ish number coming to us, and it definitely adds variety to the release, with a more dark tweak.
We for sure hope there is something for everyone in here, as we find so many proper ways in here to showcase music.
