Bxentric - Patch Valley
Release date 27th November 2015
Bxentric ends the year with a second release 'Patch Valley' on his label Nanda Records.
Following successful releases on esteemed labels Eskimo Recordings and Glasgow Underground, Bxentric is now focussing on his production with an eye on the underground. Continuing on from his Chrome EP released earlier this year, Patch Valley is a moody analogue landscape, which builds, twists and surprises with sparse synth stabs, while maintaining a warm static undercurrent.
The release comes with two carefully chosen remixes. First up is Berlin-based Hivern Discs artist Herzel who provides a densely percussive but atmospheric reshaped version of the single. Brooklyn-based, WT Records founder, Willie Burns, offers a dramatic driving offbeat cut of the track. This release has had early support from Carl Craig, Laurent Garnier, Bicep, Barnt, Job Jobse amongst others.
