The final release of the year from The Last Of Us Music is a very special one.
For the 8th release TLOUM proudly presents Ehohroma ,the alter ego of Soil K, a young talented artist from Greece.
This EP explores electronica in its most innovative and experimental sounds,as Ehohroma is directly influenced by the sounds of Moderat,Nils Frahm, Jon Hopkins & James Holden. Both “Automata” and “Schema” from the greek words “αυτοματα” & “σχήμα” meaning automatic and scheme, are crafted in a unique way that mark Ehohroma as one of the best electronic music assets of Greece.
Multilayered talent, breakthrough sound design and soundscaping are just the first impressions when listening to Ehohroma’s EP, as both tracks develop progressively creating two beatifull pieces of music art. Nostalgic yet modern and sophisticated, Ehohroma uses both analogue sounds and instruments to deliver the most controversial and emotional EP that TLOUM has released so far. A true benchmark for the label and the support we show for young talent that has so much to offer in the music world, with timeless craftsmanship that traverses generations and music styles.
As a complimentary bonus to the EP, the ever favourite and amazing Kosmas Epsilon delivers one of the best remixes we could possibly get with his vision on “Schema” ,exploring the progressive house potential of the original sounds of Ehohroma ,creating a dreamy, haunting track with a break full of the acid sounds we all love and go back to.
Simply stunning music through the whole EP and as a label we couldn’t be happier and more gratefull for the result we can now share with you.
All tracks have been analogue mastered by dPen at Diez Mil Mastering Studio.
