Spotlight avoiding, crate digging and all-round music aficionado, YSE has built up a 'producers producer' reputation over the last 17+ years of writing & releasing music by working with numerous analogue synths, samplers and outboard gear to produce music.
YSE first started out writing and releasing music back in 1998, alongside Matt Rhythm as one-half of Matlock super-duo Rhythm Plate. Today YSE is rarely DJing out but still releasing music through anonymous and small, independent record labels. As well as putting out music under various pseudonyms YSE continues to stylistically swim around within the electronic music gene pool - making him even harder to place into a specific musical genre.
