For a production duo who started working together more by accident than design Dave Mothersole & Haris Custovic have done alright so far. Their debut release "Blackeye" was an underground hit everywhere from London to Zagreb to Singapore and their follow up on Matthew B's Oblong imprint did even better.
Now, nearly after a year after first working together they've finally decided on their third release. Coming to you on Haris' own Laus imprint the "It Is What's It's Not E.P." features the Detroit Derrick May influenced old school-new style vibes of "1992" and the beautifully melodic, but still rough round the edges tech houser "Dumbek".
And this time round they've roped in one of the scene's hottest producers, Jay Tripwire, for one of his typically driving, tribal re-rubs.
