Out now on Underground Audio is the exhilarating new EP from Samuel Dan, First Connection: Reconnected. Following on from the labels recent run of top-drawer EP, Samuels latest is another fantastic addition to an altogether brilliant label discography.

Opening with the title track, we re immediately thrown into an irresistible groove that slowly teases a classic bass line. A deep and eerie concoction of sounds reverberates around the combination of drums and bass before the tension climbs once again and you're thrown into a subtle yet empowering drop.

The rest of the EP follows suit in similar style with the Secret Connection Mix essentially a more stripped-back version of the original. Less quirky but with another energy raising breakdown at its core, it s a rolling slice of deep bass and hypnotic beats that you really can t ignore. All things considered, this is more hearty fare from both Samuel and Underground Audio.
