In it's 34th release, Abstract Space Records presents a two track opus in melodic techno by Hungarian artist Christopher Hermann aptly titled Yellow Cab. Christopher Hermann, who has released tracks on notorious labels such as Mystic Carousel Records, Balkan Connection, and mostly recently Clinique Recordings joins the Abstract Space Records team with a dark, mysterious melodic techno masterpiece. This release opens with Yellow Cab, that finds the listener being carried ever forwards by a deep moody bass trying to catch an edgy synthesizer that ceaselessly morphs through an evolving metropolis of omni-present, unfathomable pad work and phased out percussion lines. The second and final track of this release titled Dilemma, setting the stage with an impatient synth hit over a hollow pounding bass kick that drives the listener into an exceedingly deep bass surrounded with enigmatic pads that gives the air of a futuristic crime drama, occasionally punctuated by a haunting, reverberated three note woodwind motif.
