Voorn and Oosterwal’s Amsterdam based Imprint ‘Rejected’ has delivered a versatile concoction of dexterous house and techno since it started back in 2006 and on this occasion it's Wouter de Moor whose turn it is to produce the goods. The title track ‘Nymphi’ is an upbeat number that relies on a funky organ, bouncy bassline and well crafted percussion with splashy hats. Wouter de Moor closes the EP with ‘B.L.T’: crafted on a stripped back tip, with driving hats and a snappy clap, it fronts a sporadic bassline with an intermittent moody synth that's ready and waiting for any fuel-filled set. The Amsterdam based producers inaugural outing for Rejected follows on from what’s already a catalogue of fine creative releases.
