Next up on Ampispazi we have the 'Talk Dirty e.p' from Birds In The Basement. These guys are no strangers to the label having previously released two e.p's (Groovebox e.p & This Is Our Thing e.p) under their System'e' guise. Scott and Miki then decided to use another alias to produce tracks that while still having their trademark deep hypnotic sound have a slightly edgier feel to them and so the Birds In The Basement name was born. The e.p consists of 3 tracks, the title track 'Talk Dirty' has a relentless groove throughout with vocal snippets a plenty and a very dirty twist in the breakdown. The second track 'Grrr' has a much larger sound with a booming bass, acid fills and a rather fun vocal. There is also a 'Grrr Dub' for those who prefer the track without the vocal.
