KHA025 witnesses the return of Decibel Place to Khazad records for his first full length EP on the label.

Liverpool's Decibel Place is an artist who has recently emerged on to the Northern UK and wider techno scene with a flurry of exceptionally produced releases. With a focus on utilising powerful, energetic and rolling percussive elements within his tracks, his sound is an ideal fit for Khazad.

The "Broken Neck EP" is an exploration of energy and movement through repetitive call and response. Each track is able to develop a hypnotic like feeling but with a percussive toughness and vitality that primes them for a dark warehouse or club environment.

Also featured on the EP is a shadowy reimagining of "Tekowah" by Decadence who returns to the label following a fantastic submission on the recent Various Artists compilation. With this remix, Decadence maintains the raw driving energy of the original track but implements a gloomy atmosphere and intensity.
