“Nkunzi” takes its name from the Zulu and Xhosa word for bull—a sacred emblem of strength, fertility, and ancestral power. Across African traditions, the bull carries the force of protection and continuity, linking us to those who came before.
Stan Zeff channels this ancestral energy into deep, hypnotic Afro House rhythms. Nkunzi becomes a sonic invocation—calling dancers to honor the ancestors, move with their strength, and transform the dancefloor into sacred ground.
