Hioll presents Morphogenesis
Morphogenesis refers to the origin and development of form or structure. In this case, it reflects the evolution of sound and the shaping of artistic identity — a transformation where raw material becomes meaning.
This collage of sound unfolds in five parts. Each part explores a stage in the metaphorical process of transformation:
Part I (Tracks 1–5) – Inceptio
The initiation, the spark, the embryonic pulse. Where sound emerges from silence.
Part II (Tracks 6–9) – Mutatio
Instability, fragmentation — the breakdown of initial form. Shifting forms in restless motion.
Part III (Tracks 10–14) – Transductio
Energy transfer, the transmission of signal. Energy becomes structure.
Part IV (Tracks 15–18) – Dissolutio
Disintegration, decay, the dissolution of boundaries. Falling inward, unraveling essence.
Part V (Tracks 19–23) – Renascor
“I am reborn” — the final phase, a rebirth in sound. From the void, form breathes anew.
