Melbourne's techno scene comes together with the Solstice EP — four tracks from Common Tribe and Ish Anja, plus a remix from Lost Memories, blending solid dancefloor energy, hypnotic flow, and distinctive vocal work.

Common Tribe, made up of Peter and David, have built their sound around a flexible approach to techno, shifting between darker, driving cuts and brighter, melodic moments, always focused on movement and connection on the dancefloor.

Ish Anja brings her own style — emotive melodies, heavy kicks, and vocals that add character and depth. A consistent presence in Melbourne's clubs, she has supported artists such as Claudio PRC, Christian Smith, Tensal, Eric Powell, and Township Rebellion, refining her sound both as a DJ and producer.

The EP opens with 'Solstice', an abstract, broken-beat introduction that evolves into a rolling, peak-time techno cut with uplifting tension. 'Backwards' follows with a moodier, hypnotic groove that builds with patience and detail. 'Fraction' adds a brighter, melodic edge, perfect for late-night sets, before Lost Memories closes the release with a high-energy rework built for maximum impact.
