Art Bei Ton’s 5th EP features the precise and refined sound of Einerlei, captured in six pieces. From the first track of the release, Einerlei weaves and crafts an ever progressing immersive, atmospheric and psychedelic journey that quickly thrusts the listener into an introspective space.
Each piece is patiently paced while the body of works consistently builds on the existing rhythmic texture. The release also features a collaborative track with SHFT and a remix from the London-based, Ukrainian artist, Volodymyr Gnatenko.
The ambient opening track 'Sunray Gardens (Tuesday)' lays the foundation for a thought provoking journey into a warped, psychedelic vortex.
The second track takes you along a harmonic, half-time voyage where you will likely find yourself closing your eyes and gently ascending as the song progresses.
The EP’s title track, Suguna, presents a broken-beat, rhythmically pulsating environment that evokes a sense of urgency and confrontation as it sinks deeper.
The fourth track immediately thrusts the listener into a bouncing psychedelic space characterised by uniquely designed sounds and cavernous reverb tails.
Confluent Bridges, made in collaboration with Goa-based artist SHFT, once again dives into a harmonically rich swelling textures that conduct a patient journey well suited for late hours.
The EP concludes with a sixth track, the Volodymyr Gnatenko remix of Insect Ceremony, a trippy and spiralling variant to the original that seems to call to the listener from deep within a dense forest.
