Our favourite A&R man, Sam Dexter, has been getting back into the studio swing recently. With a dedicated space in Wolverhampton alongside Mallin, the two have been busy creating slow-burning heaters for their Hungarian Hot Wax imprint, and we've been lucky enough to snag ourselves a couple so far for GU. "Caution" is the second of the two and is the strongest we've heard from the Dexter/Mallin studio since "Real Love". Whether this will do the 3M+ streams that "Real Love" did is still to be seen, but based on music alone, we are confident! "Caution" was written and released by Teedra Moses (who most will know from the killer Kaytranada flip of her "Be Your Girl). On this version, Dexter & Mallin take the original's classy R&B vibe and flip it into a delicious deep house groove with a touch of new school UKG on the side. If you like your vocal house to bump, grab a ride on this one quick. It's a bomb.
