Sayne and Escalated Edits have known each other for quite some years already. Escalated Edits is the new alias of Remy Unger, who recently released a powerful EP on Ben Sims esteemed Hardgroove label. Joining that momentum is Sayne, the fresh techno moniker of Nuno Dos Santos. Their latest joint EP for Sungate came to life during a creative retreat in a secluded house surrounded by nature. They chose to isolate themselves to fully focus on music, and to unwind. Over the course of their stay, the duo crafted four dynamic tracks that now form the essence of this release. Through 4 club-focused originals, the duo hone in on precise harmonic stasis, entrancing minimalism, and a resulting groove larger than the sum of its parts.
