Deep Heads are very excited to share the release of '48' by the talented producer known as Soukah. Our discovery of this up-and-coming artist was thanks to our good friends at Deep Tempo, and we are honored to feature his debut recording on the Deep Heads imprint.

Hailing from southern Germany, Soukah is recognised for his dark and cinematic soundscapes in the dubstep realm. His reputation in the music scene is underlined by successful releases on influential labels such as Rarefied, Duploc, Silent Motion, 9Rambos, DeepDarkDangerous, and cutcross.

'48' here presented as now the 8th sampler for Deep Heads Dubstep Vol.4 and is a recording that is a little darker than some of the more floaty productions that feature on the compilation, but certainly keeps the flavour of brilliantly produced 140BPM music that the label has always made space for on the compilations. The production is weighty and bass cuts right to the forefront of the mix that will rattle your chest. The bass drives the track relentlessly while percussions swings in and out that thread it all together. Expertly produced and beats are simply mesmerising.
