As we move towards a "tropicalisation" of the Mediterranean area, here comes the album "Mediterranean Tropical" as a sound guide to face the climate changes. This album has a different conception from the previous one. It has been made on the go during last Summer's gigs around the Mediterranean Sea. It's directly inspired by beach parties and by the vibrating people met along the way. Once Summer touring was over, Didje Doo finished the work at his home studio in Florence and mixed it with Dario Firuzabadi nearby.

The sound of this album is still deeply connected with the sun and sand, and it brings together elements from different musical cultures from Mali to Central America with the purpose of moving your body and lifting your soul. It contains three exciting vocal features, Abou Diarra from Mail, Owen G (G combo) from Portugal, and Scott Orr from Canada.
