Procombo is a Turkish artist from Istanbul who is resident at the city's RX Istanbul nightclub, where he has played alongside the likes of Radio Slave, Rødhåd, STERAC, Jeff Mills, and Ben Klock.

Known for being a master manipulator of the dance floor, Procombo translates this skill into the music he makes, leading to successful releases on influential record labels such as Pfirter's MindTrip, Hertz's Sway, Coyu's Suara, RSPX, and Planet Rhythm.

The EP's title track, "Funk Sequence" gets things going with fast-paced rhythms and looped vocal tones combined with fluttering analogue synths. "Darker Echoes" has cascading industrial textures combined with powerful percussion. "Machine Swing" has a modulating melody that swells with tension; while fizzing hi-hats and a pounding kick drive the groove forwards. "Warped Funk" is a hardgroove track with a percussive groove full of machine funk.
