TSW0031 - The Object of House
The tune transforms a fiery sermon into an ode to lovers of House music. Influence Peddlers first began working on "The Object of House" back in 2018. It was sidelined at that time, as they began working on more original vocal productions with Vocalist DEZ. Then came COVID, then an eventual return to a normal schedule, which continued to favor their original productions without previously recorded samples. They stumbled onto "The Object of House" again in 2024 and committed to remixing the original idea and releasing, even as John left NJ to relocate to Charlotte, NC.
This is a project that began nearly a decade ago, with collaboration between Luis and John, while 600 miles apart, that was re-imagined multiple times, to finally come into existence in the form that you hear today.
"The Object of House (2 Mixes)"
The Main Mix is a warm, percussive shapeshifter, that's pure motion in every direction. The Funk is right up front, yet the vibe is somehow both mellow and chaotic.
The Deep Mix is a spacey stomper, with no question about what it is or what it does. It's premium deep set/dancefloor fuel.
