Under the ancient banyan, Vilas Monnappa, a modern Naad Yogi, began his Prakriti Raag. He used clay pots, seed pods, and his voice, drawing inspiration from the river's flow and the village's pulse. His Aalap, echoing Dhrupad, transitioned into a dynamic Jor, incorporating bamboo flute and percussive stones. He wove natural sounds, frogs, leaves, distant cries into his organic melody. Villagers gathered, spellbound by the raw, ethereal raag. As the music faded, a profound stillness settled, a bridge between heart and earth, a contemporary echo of ancient India.
