Cédric Marszewski, aka Pilooski, is a multidisciplinary artist, also working as a music supervisor and producer, creating original sounds for advertising campaigns (Adidas, Veuve Clicquot, Hermès...) and remixing famous artists (Bryan Ferry, LCD Soundsystem, Tame Impala, Jarvis Cocker, Nina Simone, Metronomy…).
Pilooski is now joining Beatscope Music with a new creation called Playground displayed in four different versions.
The Original Mix plays in a basic, rough and ethnic way in a space mood. You can imagine The Art of Noise spending holidays though deep Africa.
Soul Traumer Jungle Mix goes to Kingston in a soft drum & bass style. Close you eyes, while dancing you can hear a Caribbean steel-band playing behind.
Mangotronique Mix pushes a damned funky bass-line over eighties loops, bringing back the good years with this many-sided remix.
Last but not least, Mangotronique Dub tumbles down raw and carefree on the playground, bullying everyone around.
