Chief Kaya returns to Infernal Sounds for his third outing after previously featuring retrospectively on both IFSDIGI003 & IFSDIGI013. His trademark impressions are once again present on this formidable three track release, drawing from the roots of the original 140/dubstep sound whilst laying down his new-gen twist. 'Evolution' kicks off proceedings with a building atmosphere before dropping into a wobbed out low-fi midrange groove. The title track and star of the show, 'Metaphysics' takes you deeper and heavier, throttling you into a low-end submission and cranking through the gears before 'Philosopher Stone' brings you back to a more subdued, minimalistic swing. As expected, this is a trilogy of tunes that are perfect for different settings, but all packing premium weight.
