After a steady stream of tracks on various compilations and an acclaimed ep on Periphery Music last year, label boss Kerst is back on Data Roaming for his second ep on the label. His trademark sound is more forceful than ever, heavy on the rumble, sure to find its way on the floor of dark clubs like many of his previous tracks. The first two tracks don't hide their intentions, these are to dance floor ready, highly textured tracks, higher in tempo than Kerst's usual, with dissonant synth lines ready to make heads spin. Corrupt, on the flip side, keeps the rolling rumble going but adds a moody pad and sci-fi synths which lifts it from the floor for a few seconds. Moving the Mountains closes the ep in a cosmic, dreamy manner, keeping the overall tone of the ep while introducing a lot of light to the sound.
