Releasing steadily since 2009 on our label imprint, Nora En Pure are no amateurs. With AURELIA they offer another fantastic three track EP.
Title track 'Aurelia' is a smooth flavoured deep house track with a funky base line underneath, some glitchy vocal cuts and all combined in a constant rising arrangement, that drops in low pass filtered base and kickdrum part from time to time. A throwback to the golden days when house was house and no rules given.
'Traverso' moves in with a groovier beat layer. Tom tom base lines makes the groove go round and high energy shaker and classic triangle loops gives the track an unnatural drive. Stepping up and falling down, the old school Chicago house inspired breakdown chords carry the groove.
Third track on the EP is a piano vibed summer, good feeling track. Short decayed organic snaps, traditional 909 hi-hat loops and a stomping kickdrum build the beat layer, while some constant vocal snippets on top and piano chord melody in breakdowns do the rest to make this track an unforgettable experience for every club music visitor and good sorted house music lover.
All in all, Nora En Pure offer a wide variety of their talent on that EP, melting together many styles to create something new in their own flavour.
