Luca Olivotto is back with a new house music release. The four-track EP starts with a deep kick driven house track titled 'My Generation'. It delivers a lot of energy and features distinguishing elements like the groovy bassline and chord stabs. The almost 'ravey' arrangement of the track features a calm break with a long e-piano part building up and adding a bit of moodiness before the energizing percussions and tasteful vocals drop again. We stay in dancefloor-pushing moods on the second track of the EP as well. 'Be Yourself' stands for Luca Olivotto's poduction philosophy - always true to his sound. The track's strong kicks and clever yet classic arrangement consisting of house music chord stabs and 90's sound design elements and percussion delivers a massive amount of groove. 'Dance Flower', the third track on the EP, surrounds the listener with piano stabs and vocal chops giving the groovy tune soul rounded up by a smooth layer of synth leads. The final track 'Back To The Past' truly takes us back to the past. Wonderful synth leads create a feeling of nostalgia with captivating melodies typical for Luca's signature style. The kicks are punchy (and get a little breaky in the middle part of the arrangement), percussions deliver a solid foundation for the groove and the whole thing is topped with tasteful vocals. Overall the new EP by Luca Olivotto delivers four solid tracks which will surely satisfy a professional house DJ's needs.
