RITU is the Project of Fotis and Nino, 2 Greek artists with a fine taste in music, and music making.
In "Taximi" they try to connect the dots between traditional and modern dance music.
All elements are placed in the track with a very simple rule, and that is to make the track work in the dance floor while keeping the traditional playfulness intact!
Taximi (Taksim) is defined as the melodic improvisation that consists of various parts, and generally, does not conform to the time of the respective musical work. Usually, taximi is used in compositions of Greek, Arabic and Turkish traditional music.
Thus the guys here, deliver this unique approach to the Dancefloor, that was originally made before Covid!
