Inspired by the monster production and arrangement of Larry Levan's iconic recording of Double Cross by First Choice, this playful soulful House edit from Flambé marks his debut release.
Wanting to honour the original, in particular those hook top lines, including the instantly recognisable and much loved 'dirty son of a gun', talented vocalist Karmina Dai has brought back to life those familiar vocals of 50 years ago with her unique range and punchy delivery.
Mix in the super polished production talents of Richard Earnshaw, with a bass line arrangement that loops effortlessly under the vocals, and that killer piano hook staying true to the original keys.
