James Silk is a DJ/producer from Liverpool who has caught our ears with a steady stream of DJ-friendly US-flavoured tech and disco house on labels like Salted, Large & Nervous. Recently, he sent us a demo that had some fantastic elements but wasn't quite right as it was. Kevin got heavily involved in the A&R, and the track turned into a collaboration between the two. So here is "The Trip", a rolling tech-house groove with synths reminiscent of Kevin's Deeper Underground and those bumpin' tech beats of James' that DJs love.
