Sharon Mansur aka SHASHA is an extremely talented Pianist, Keyboard player, Composer and Producer.
She is touring non-stop around the globe as the keyboard player of several amazing bands such as Orphaned Land, Anna RF, Yossi Fine and Ben Aylon and more. In recent years, SHASHA has been cultivating her very own electronic project, in addition to her project as a solo pianist.
‘Cairo Dreaming' includes 4 original tracks and 4 splendid remixes.
First, we have ‘Taqsim', a melodic musical intro that opens this musical celebration, just before the EP theme track. ‘Cairo Dreaming' offers a delightful and solid Deep house-ish bass-line, fused with mesmerizing synth melodies, acidic sounds, and trippy yet heart-warming vocals, creating a cutting-edge futuristic and dreamy adventure. Following up next, we have 'House Of Saeed', which displays a cheerful melancholic vibe framed with divine organic elements and warm soulful synth melodies. The 4th original by SHASHA is ‘This Is SHASHA', where virtuoso multi-layered synth riffs and melodies come together with exquisite electronic sounds creating an epic tune of middle eastern electronica. On remix duty, we have the pleasure to welcome four extremely talented producers with their debut release on our label. First, we have the Leipzig-based producer, Theo Gramal, which created a downtempo-ish remix for the EP theme track, giving it a rootfull organic interpretation with extremely pleasurable electronic sounds. Following up next we have the Argentinian producer Nicolas Behler aka RLHBSLCN, with his deep and darkish remix for ‘House Of Saeed'. Next, we have the duo Tuba Twooz with their powerful and very fresh interpretation for ‘This Is SHASHA', which will make you move non-stop. Last but not least, we are serving you an additional remix for ‘This Is SHASHA' by Or Gido aka Gidor, which frames the original synth melodies with a darkish vibe full of edgy electronic sounds.
