Manchester producer Monir specialises in soundscapes with chest-rattling subs and chin-scratching production displays. While his style is not genre bound, it is akin to fellow Mancunian Walton and is heavily influenced by UK labels Livity Sound, Hessle and Timedance, to name a few.

MELD EP 'Still Running' is an ode to UK Dubstep and heavily features archetypal sounds used in seminal tracks of that era. This is cleverly intertwined through his use of sampling in the title track, as a reference to the UK Dubstep aesthetic that's still running through much of UK Techno to this day.
