Jazz guitarist Grant Green Jr., a jazz legend in his own right and the son of one of the most famous Jazz Guitarist's of all time Grant Green. Here on this release Lenny teams up with Grant and together they played down a true Jazzy House Masterpiece and called it Running. The sound very reminiscent and made famous by George Benson in the 1970s with Quincy Jones. You can hear Grant himself scatting and singing like his dad taught him. George Benson told Lenny himself that he is also a disciple and pupil of Grant Green Senior. Let the sound live on.
