Deux is a project comprising Urbana label boss David Penn and fellow Spaniard Toni Bass, who return to the production fold after a year's respite. Party People combines old-school stabs, percussion and vocal yelps with decidedly modern sequencing and hard-hitting bass, resulting in a retro yet totally fresh take on house music for 2011.
