Lima based Ammo Avenue is back on Roush Label this mid-november with ‘Funkathon’. The rising producer is becoming an usual suspect in the sets of top-heads like Lee Foss, Fisher or Latmun due to his acclaimed recent releases via Safe Music, LouLou Records or Bunny Tiger just to name a few. In this catalogue is easily recognizable the taste of Ammo Avenue on bumping basslines and tech house beats. Following this previously mentioned ingredients we can figure what we can expect from title cut ‘Funkathon’, a composition built on an outstanding bumping bassline and a tech house straight beat. All of this seasoned with an amazingly well used carnivalesque percussion and funky vocals.
