This offering is almost a decade in the making. A story of misplaced affection, flowing rivers of desire, butterfly-inducing lust and eventual acceptance.

The soundscape is illuminated by global hues of pop, acid jazz, and hip hop, sprinkled with some distinctly home-grown elements of house and 'kwaito'.

This is the very first session of 'B_U' , a musical collaboration and friendship between blaqkong and Koek Sista. This psuedo-album-meets-jam-session wants us to go back to a simpler time, yet plunge us forward with a genre-bending story between a boy and a girl.
