The new release on Gaston's label we(R)aw is a collaboration between label boss Gaston Zani and veteran production duo Filterheadz.
Gaston Zani has been rapidly rising through the ranks of the techno elite following his music released on labels such as Intec Digital, Tronic, Noir Music and Analytic Trail. Before teaming up with the Filterheadz, he has also collaborated with the likes of Matt Sassari, Uto Karem, Loco & Jam, alongside his many solo tracks.
Filterheadz are best known to some for their classic track on Carl Coxs Intec titled "Sunshine" which was made in collaboration with Tomaz. Alongside this underground anthem, they have had a number of other hit Techno tracks on imprints including Toolroom, MB Electronics, Bedrock and 1605.
Each of the two tracks on this EP are dark and dance floor focused with heavy percussion and lots of energy. Addiction has hints of euphoria, whilst Kinetic is led by old school arpeggios stabs.
