Denny Trajkov is about to release his third solo ep on the almighty Logos Recordings from Macedonia. Denny is also a dj. If you ever heard him play live then you have noticed the influences he takes into his production.He is into mixing up different styles and flavors and all might I say executed down to perfection. This Unity EP is an honest prove of that. All three tracks blend the styles between house, techno and electro. The first track on the ep is Unity I, which starts with a very ambient and smooth background theme that sounds very mesmerizing, following with some chords which smooths things even more. Then a rolling electro b-line is introduced which then carries the track all the way to it's end. This tune will be the the real deal for your trip home back from a late party. Unity II is the second track from the ep, This one goes back to the roots of deep house, circa 2000. Has a real oldschool vibe with those rolling chords, filtered at all the right places which just carries you into a unstoppable groove. Definitely a winner. The last track Unity III is my favorite from the ep. And no wonder. It's a dub groover. Very reminiscent of what Mosaic label puts out run by Steve'O' Sullivan. It will shake the basses in the club and make the whole crowd go wild. Finally, what Denny manifests with this EP is that it's not that hard to move through many different styles and keep it all balanced together.
