Ready Mix Records returns with a top-notch EP from one of Turkey's most talented and successful electronic musicians: DJ Tarkan, entitled 'Chervilo'. DJ Tarkan is one of the biggest Turkish names in electronic music. He was voted #78 in the world by DJ Magazine and was the first Turkish DJ and Producer who entered the Top 100 since the poll has started. DJ Tarkan's productions and remixes are included in the tracklists and charts of well-known DJ's like Tiesto, Paul Oakenfold, Armin van Buuren, Sasha, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Deep Dish, Roger Sanchez to name but a few. In addition, his productions have been featured on labels such as Stereo Productions, Bosphorus Underground, Frisky, Panda, Black Hole, Beatfreak, and his very own No Smoking Recordings. 'Chervilo' bubbles with anticipation as it delivers hypnotic synth pads, moody atmospherics and expertly crafted drum programming; you can almost sense the smoke billowing out from the percolating frequencies. On remix duty we have Label Boss BiG AL & partner Levente Szabo under their Beat Factory alias who have been on fire as of late, with recent knockout releases on labels such as Sick Wantona, Apollo, Nueva Digital, Low Bit and Baroque (To name a few). Beat Factory returns with a pitch- perfect rendition of 'Chervilo', adding vocal treatments, delicate percussion accents and slightly humorous arrangements; brightening up the mood in a way only skilled musical alchemists can! Second remix comes courtesy of another Ready Mix Alumni; Hungary's very own Lank returns after his appearance on Human 8's 'Who wants Some Pizza EP' and takes the hypnotic feel of 'Chervilo' to the deepest depths, with groovy basslines, tiny polyrhythmic accents and panning efx, culminating in beautiful strings to keep you dancing well into the morning! Lank also delivers an Ambient Reprise as a DJ tool. Last, but certainly not least comes B.Craack; fresh off the heels from his appearance on Maxim Romashov's 'Soli EP'.
