Liverpool's Danny Jay is back on Play with a pair of absolute bangers on the single, Obsessive Compulsive.

Inspired by the likes of Letmun, Detlef, and Hot Since 82, Obsessive opens the release with a driving rhythm, punctuated with reverberating drum fills, and a classic 1970s voice-over.

'I love the new tech house sounds with old skool twists,' says Jay. 'As a major old skool acid house fan, the vocal fit perfectly.' Indeed it is a perfect track for maintaining your dance floor groove.

With the musical themes generated by Obsessive, Compulsive takes over, layering in a series of delirious synth rhythms and progressive house influence that take the listener in a whole new direction.

While both tracks can shine independent of each other in a DJ set, they also complement each other exquisitely.
