With the first Mogador release back after a 2 year hiatus we’re pleased to welcome label bosses TH;EN in collaboration with Canadian wunderkind Las Von.; The trio start proceedings by bringing us their outstanding new Saffron EP filled with clever samples and great club appeal. This is probably TH;EN & Las Von's biggest work to date, making it one of those releases that make you sit up and take notice.

‘Oxygen’ is all about the deep prog house vibes and indie melancholic grove working its magic around wonderfully arranged keys. The laid-out drums showcase great sampling work, creating different climates all built around a killer deep progressive house groove, cool sample cuts with lots of trickery and a driving bass, are the name of the game.

Next up we have ‘Saffron’ which is an amalgamation of deep bass tones, subtle drum programming and cleverly chopped samples and intricately weaved chord progressions, building to a beautiful breakdown before gradually rebuilding the elements to an unrelenting crescendo of breathy drum licks, chord stabs and an ever warped bassline.

Both tracks capture the essence of TH;EN & Las Von’s sound while being the perfect companion for different moments and feelings that will make this truly memorable when dropped at any club. We are extremely happy to be bringing you a high-quality release that was made from the heart and for the whole universe to enjoy. Keep on dancing!!
