Soulfuric Recordings is one of the most renowned labels in house music worldwide. In 1996, Brian Tappert and Marc Pomeroy, aka Jazz-N-Groove and Soulsearcher, founded the USA-based label and eventually kick-started sub-labels Soulfuric Deep and Soulfuric Trax. The label has since released soulful classics from 95 North, Hardsoul, John ‘Julius’ Knight, Urban Blues Project and many more. The label lives on with brand new productions to add to its celebrated catalogue.

The Sura Quintet presents Manzo with ‘D-Minor’, a classy Soulfuric Deep production initially released in 2005. The Main Session Mix holds a jazzy sound with lush keys and sax riffs, while Christian Hornbostel toughens the record up with drums and bass in his Deep Tribe version adding a more club-ready edge to the release.
